RECRUITMENT TO 41 POSTS OF DEPUTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY (GROUP-A) IN THE DEPARTMENT OF HOME AFFAIRS AND JUSTICE, GOVT. OF PUNJAB.

The Punjab Public Service Commission invites Online Application Forms from eligible candidates for recruitment to 41 posts of Deputy District Attorney in the Department Of Home Affairs and Justice, Govt. of Punjab.

INITIAL PAY:
Rs. 47,600/- fixed emolument equal to Minimum Pay without any allowance will be paid during the probation period of 3 years. 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:- 
1. Persons who possess a degree of Bachelor of Law (Professional Degree) of a recognized university or institution or who are Barristers of England or Ireland or are members of Faculty of Advocates of Scotland and are eligible for being enrolled as an Advocate under Advocates Act, 1961, and who have 7 years' experience of practice at the Bar.
2. Punjabi of Matric or its equivalent Standard. 
Important Note: The candidates MUST possess the requisite qualification before or by 26/04/2022.

AGE:-
Candidates should not be below 18 years and above 37 years of age as on 01/01/2022.
Relaxation as per Government Rules and Regulations for SC, ST, OBC, PH, PWD and others.

PATTERN AND SCHEME:
Written Examination No. of Questions: 120, Total Marks: 480   
Interview Marks: 60
Total Marks: 540

To make new registration for applying for the post - 26.04.2022
To deposit the Application and Examination Fees by system generated Bank Challan Form - 04.05.2022

APPLICATION AND EXAMINATION FEE:-
Fee for application submission: GEN/ OBC - Rs. 1500/-
Form submission Fee: SC/ST- Rs.750/-, EWS/PWD- Rs. 500/-.
The application fee is non-refundable.

SELECTION PROCESS:-
The applicants will be shortlisted on the basis of the written competitive examination followed by the interview.

Unicode Raavi Font.. Some Other Special Characters frequently used in Punjabi Typing for All Punjab State Competitive exam. Punjabi typing is must in all clerk level competitive exam held in Punjab. The font used at the time of typing test is Raavi. As per Punjab Government new rules the Typing test of Punjabi must be held in Raavi font.
